Lynn is a beautiful mare, elegant in build, sleek in body, solid in type and WICKED athletic!  Explosively reactive - this mare is wicked fast footed and really her feet become a blur.  Lynn has a power packed NCHA black-type pedigree.  She shares her dam sire with the NCHA Horse Of The Year and one of the hottest Cat stallions there is - Smooth As A Cat.   We love our black Smart Little Lena bred mares - they seem to have that extra edge.

From the looks of her 2009 filly (BA Shez Pretty Smart) she passes on her sleek body, eye appeal, that special talent and wicked athleticism, as well as that get to business temperment.

We have some very special plans for her in 2011.... we look forward to the contributions we feel she will make to our program.

Rio

A Merada Star

"Rio"
Bay Rabiciano AQHA mare
NCHA ~ LTE $3,340.07, COA

I have a very *SPECIAL* breeding for this
very special mare in 2011!

After a long hard look for the right Merada mare, Rio is home.

Rio is a stunningly beautiful mare.  She is not only a powerful mare with alot of crouch, quiver and an exceptionally big sweep.... she can really get into the ground hard and has a ton of eye appeal while breaking the cow down.  Rio leaves you speachless!

Merada mares have such prescence, such style and grace on cattle and Rio is no exception.  These mares are proving their value as producers in both the NCHA & NRCHA arenas... and we have no doubt Rio will quickly prove her value as a producer.

POCO PINES RAVEN
"Raven"

2002 Non-Fading Black AQHA mare

UCDavis tested HERDA N/N (Feb 2009)
UCDavis tested Homozygous Black Gene (EE-aa)

Raven is our daughters horse and is therefore our PET above all else.
Easy going, laid back, super easy keeper.  There is nothing about her to fault... from temperment to conformation, movement to ability, this mare is a gift!  Raven is a big bodied mare with a very expressive eye and is a gorgeous round framed mare.  She is straight legged, has a strong topline and a beautiful round frame.  This is the kind of mare that could steer stop a freight train (in a manner of speaking).  Raven is the ideal outcross mare.  And to top it off she is homozygous black and therefore cannot produce a red foal.

Raven is a really honest mare and our daughter enjoys riding her to no end.  She has such a nice, easy way of going.... not alot of motor here, but she is willing and easy everytime out.  Raven proves her versatility in almost any arena with consistant ability and a willing attitude.

This mare produced athletes!
That are correct & stylish..... she produced 'that extra something' everytime and we were proud she called BA Quarter Horses home!  Check these fillies out!  Gorgeous.

**Holly's was the NUMBER 1 futurity prospect in the barn!
Thank you "Stuff", we knew you were special from the first moment we saw you.
With Holly being as special as she is to us, and with her being as talented as she is, we have decided to keep her home and breed her to Leading NRHA sires.
